Your site does not allow me to ship to an APO, what do I do? As a temporary solution please use our address as shipping and put yours in the Order Notes in the payment page. The tracking number I you sent me seems to be invalid, what is going on? Please allow at least 1 business day for the tracking number to be received by the shipping carrier. If after 1 business day the number still shows as invalid, please contact us.
I placed an order long time ago and still have not received it, where is my stuff? If you chose UPS or FedEx you should have received a tracking number upon shipping. If you used USPS, order was INSURED and you have not received for more that 30 days, please contact us. We are not responsible for lost uninsured orders.
